Mark Miller, owner of Pinnacle Land Services, is an industry expert with extensive knowledge and experience.  He has worked in the golf industry for over 31 years. While going to school to study agronomy (the science of growing grass), he begain his career at Seminole Golf Club in Jupiter, Florida. He personally worked with Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer on the construction of their signature courses at PGA National in West Palm Beach, Florida.

After a couple of years as a superintendent at PGA National, Mr. Palmer hired him to work for Arnold Palmer Golf Management Company.  His first position with APGM was to build and maintain Metrowest Golf Course in Orlando, Florida.  In 1989, Mr. Palmer asked him to transfer to the parent company IMG to oversee the maintenance of multiple golf courses in Australia that were designed by Mr. Palmer. Years later, as the Director of Agronomy for the Pacific Region for IMG, he worked on a 5 golf course project in Malaysia, working with the architects for Norman, Faldo, Nicklaus, Player and Palmer.  When Mark returned to the States he supervised the maintenance and the remodel of Doral Country Club. 

From 1992 to 1998, Mark was a partner with Masters Golf Management Company.  They took care of the five courses owned by Raymond Floyd.

In 1998 he started up his own golf management company called Pinnacle Golf Services.  The name was later changed to Pinnacle Land Services.  Pinnacle's first project was the irrigation and grow-in of Kings Ridge Golf Course. Legends Golf Club and Kings Ridge North golf course were next.

For the past decade, Pinnacle Land Services has successfully managed several golf courses and site development projects in the South Lake County area.   Recent projects include the development of a sports complex and golf practice facility in Montverde, Florida.

In response to the ever-growing need for Home Modification services, we have diversified our service offerings by leveraging our site development skills to provide renovation services for handicap accessibility.  We are a licensed Medicaid provider, and all of our home modification services meet ADA requirements.
